Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:
We do ship internationally. The system will calculate the rate for your destination.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping will be via USPS unless it is determined that weight and size make it more economical to be shipped through another carrier.

The system should calculate shipping charges automatically to all destinations. All shipping calculations include a $2.00 handling fee.

Shipping Estimates:
Packages less than a pound = $7.00 to all U.S. zones

Less than 2 pounds = $7.00 - $10.00 depending on zone shipped to from Florida.

Insurance:
Customers wanting shipment insurance please CONTACT US

Shipping:
Shipping will take place within 2-4 business days upon verified receipt of funds in U.S. dollars.

Returns:
All Returns have to be authorized by us CONTACT US within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Product must be returned in original packaging and condition in which it was shipped. Returned merchandise is required to be insured for the purchase price.

The customer is responsible for all cost incurred in shipping product back. Returned shipping cost and original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

The current years ornament can not be returned when purchased between 12/10 - 12/28.

Any merchandise returned in a different condition than originally shipped will result in a refund adjustment. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
